Sunday Morning Coffee

I know. There is a lot of uncertainty and unsettling in some areas….many areas.

I also know one must have moments of grounding and reflection. One must not lose focus or forget the truly important happenings in one’s life simply because the noise of the outside world is calling. Today, one needs a bit of silence and a few seconds alone to watch the steam from the fresh hot coffee dance with the sunlight.

If you need that too, I’ll share my view.

Yes, the coming week will bring new and continuing challenges, other chances to do the next right thing. New opportunities to make sure those we love know we love them. But for now, accept this little reminder to make sure we all include ourselves when doing so.

I believe I shall start today.
